All In-stock Items will be shipped within 1 working day of your order. All in stock orders received before 2pm will be processed same day and shipped for delivery the next working day .
All orders will normally be shipped via DPD Recorded and Tracked Delivery.
International Orders will be shipped via standard tracked Airmail usually by DPD or UPS.
Elevator Sound is not responsible for any international shipping delays, customs charges or taxes along with any lost, stolen or damaged items.
Customers must notify us at contact@elevatorsound.com of any defects or problems with the product within 48 hours of receiving.
All returns/exchanges will be granted no later than 7 days from when your shipment is received.
All items purchased must be in original condition with original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
All returns will be refunded to the account payment was received from.
No refund allowed for any products after 7 days.
